[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide occupational safety and health professional services for industrial hygiene and occupational safety services including but not limited to Chemical exposure monitoring within various City facilities, Public Employment Risk Reduction Program or Occupational Safety and Health Administration compliance assistance and Other occupational safety and health services completed as best management practices to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Selection of applicable sampling and analysis methodologies
- Providing appropriate collection media
- Pre and post calibration
- Providing data collection forms
- Submission to laboratory for analysis
- Written report of findings that at a minimum include monitoring methods, field observations, contaminant concentrations, recommendations, and employee notification letters.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
