Government Authority located Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor website redesign, mass communications system and mobile application services using CMS.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, mass communications system and mobile application services using Content Management System.
- Website
1. Minor changes in the template can be made as part of the annual renewal 2. Existing website content is transferred to the new site 3. Authentication is linked to Active Directory (AD) 4. Groups can be linked to AD groups 5. Provides for advanced calendar features, such as subscription and real-time notification options 6. Translation options - Google Translate, or similar program that provides a robust translation tools, integrated throughout the website 7. ADA compliant checks are part of yearly maintenance packages 8. Notification of broken links 9. Flexibility to change aspects of the website template 10. Video options that include minor editing, embedding 11. Ability to add/remove global icons as needed
- Communication/Notification
1. The ability to be synched with our Student Information System (SIS), provide classroom-level notifications
2. Provide a variety of newsletter templates
3. Provide search capabilities for all areas
- Mobile App
1. Talks to website in all areas
2. Provides for Parent login
3. Provides search capabilities for all areas
12. Ability to connect, push and pull data from District's student information system.
- Ability to keep community members informed with a mobile solution that provides easy access to website, anytime, anywhere
- District-wide intranet solution that is the communications hub for staff to actively participate in idea sharing, project teams, and job support
- Safe social media services that are woven into the solution for key stakeholders
- Ability to share content and services with community members through permissions managed by profile, role or group
- Web Content Management and Community Engagement
- Web applications that can be activated in the CMS to provide smartphone users quick and easy access to the website
- Responsive web design services that ensure the website displays well on a majority of mobile devices and browsers.
- Branding.
(2) All Questions must be submitted no later than December 14, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
