[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide graphic designer services for annual report
- Visual appeal to audience,
- Relevant imagery associated with Ohioans and their utility services (electric, natural gas, telecommunications, and water),
- The designer is required to work with the Agency on design and content specifications,
- The designer will be prepared to use photography from the Agency resources and assist Agency in obtaining photographs from outside sources as needed, the use of outside photographs for which payment is required should be minimized to hold down costs for the Contractor.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 20, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
