[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide payroll services for an estimated 10 participants including a temporary project manager includes all employment-related functions to the government authority located in Toledo, OH.
• Supporting the staffing needs of pre-determined work sites;
• Issuing payroll checks for participants and temporary staff;
• Calculating all necessary federal, state and local withholdings;
• Serving as the liable entity as employer of record;
• Issuing year-end earning documents and forms to participants;
• Reporting hours worked, including details by participant and site, as required;
• Developing banking programs for payroll distribution; and
• Coordinating payroll delivery;
• Ensuring the confidentiality of any personal information related to this project.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 20, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
