[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 breastfeeding hotline services.
- Try to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and State holidays and will not respond to any inquiries received after 8:00 a.m. on the inquiry end date.
- The hotline shall be a toll-free, dial-in, telephone-based assistance line to provide callers with breastfeeding information and support. The hotline shall also offer virtual lactation support and, in addition, be available free of charge to mothers, their families and partners, expectant parents and to health care providers,
- Providing live call responses by individuals who are currently certified as Certified Lactation Counselors (CLC) or equivalent, Lactation Consultant (LC), or International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).,
- Providing voicemail capacity to allow a caller to hold or leave a message in the event of a busy signal or missed call. The following are performance standards that must be met for incoming calls,
• One hundred percent of calls and call back messages will receive a live phone response within thirty minutes of the original call.
• Abandoned calls with no messages shall not exceed 5%.
- Purchasing or using existing language interpretation services for callers who do not speak English
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 3,2020.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
