[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide motivational interviewing training and skills development services to the government authority located in Ohio.
- Responsible for engaging and assisting 15 Ohio counties specified by in embracing in their Federal Program Improvement Plan through the development of a systemic approach for integrating motivational interviewing as a sustainable practice that will improve effective engagement and planning with families,
-Provide this assistance through the scheduling and facilitating on-going trainings including SBIRT, motivational interviewing, stigma reduction, person-cantered care and language, trauma, opioid use disorder, addiction and the brain, and best practices for child protective services professionals for working with individuals with an opiate use disorder. Additionally, on-going training and technical assistance will be provided on the continuum of care, multiple pathways to and of recovery, relapse prevention, supportive recovery resources, and building natural supports,
- Schedule and facilitate on-going technical assistance, host monthly learning community webinars, create reinforcement tools for child protective services workers and supervisors, providing a train-the-trainer experience for child protective services staff and supervisors for the trainings identified in the project overview section, and facilitate coaching with identified child protective services workers,
Helping child protective services agencies to integrate the practice of motivational interviewing within the child welfare risk and safety assessment process,
- Developing strategies to build an organizational culture of strengths-based, solution focused practices that support motivational interviewing skills.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
