[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide clinical research electronic payment system,
• Web-based system that is fully compliant with the HIPAA security rule,
• Prepaid cards that are issued to patients,
• Variable card values,
• Ability to add additional funds to an already issued card,
• Ability to transfer balances between cards,
• Rapid access to funds by patient,
• 24/7 multilingual cardholder support,
• Reporting of cards issued by study and balances available per card,
• Ability to safely enter and maintain social security numbers of participants,
• Ability to run 1099 report,
• Ability to add an option to include participant reimbursement or travel expenses on card,
• Preferred that no fees are passed to cardholders,
• Add metro health logo to the card.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 18,2020.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
