[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide investments risk assessment for internal audit services to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Assessing Investment risks for the purpose of performing a risk assessment of the OPERS Investment function,
- Providing input to the OPERS Internal Audit Plan through identifying and describing the scope of potential future Investment audit projects,
- The risk assessment process should utilize a risk-based approach and follow one or more of the professional organizations that have industry standards and guidelines for conducting risk assessments as well as current investment industry best practices,
- Internal Audit would like to co-source with a firm to allow for the opportunity for education and some knowledge transfer in this area within the department,
- In addition to identifying and executing specific risk-based audit projects, Internal Audit would also like input where there is opportunity to perform more analytical, on-going monitoring as it pertains to the investment function,
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 16,2020.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
