Government Authority located Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for legal matter management software.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide legal matter management software to needs a Litigation / Claims Management, Matter Management and Contract Management software option.
1. Litigation / Claims Management Software: (As an entity that is insured through a combination of a captive insurance agency and other independent lines of insurance, currently processes and manages its own liability claims, with exception of workers’ compensation claims. Included in the processing and management of the liability claims is coordination with outside legal counsel. Currently the claims are managed partly in an existing software system and partly via excel spreadsheets. The need for a current system includes the migration of current data from both the excel spreadsheets and the existing software into the new system. The current software system houses approximately 65 current/active claims and 142 closed claims.) This system should include, but not be limited to:
a. Handling both litigated and non-litigated matters
b. The ability to set and track reserves
c. Portal access for related parties and/or outside counsel
2. Matter Management Software including, but not limited to:
a. Task management
b. Work assignment
c. Workflow management
d. Portal access for related parties
3. Contract Management Software including, but not limited to:
a. Workflow management
b. The ability to capture and preserve document history
c. Links to Outlook
d. Portal access for related parties
(2) A contract period will be for two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
