[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consumer image and awareness survey services to conduct research, analysis and reporting that will assist in understanding what matters most to the community and the people we serve. We are looking for a strong focus on how is perceived in the community, by the patient experience as well as feedback on the services patients received. This analysis should assist in improving our overall patient strategy and hopefully attract and acquire new patients. We would also like to focus on loyalty and retention
o Hospital, advertising and brand awareness;
o Hospital, advertising and brand preference;
o Healthcare utilization;
o Market trends and health care decision making
o Service line preference;
o Demographics; etc.
o Questions should include specific as well as competitor analysis to the government authority located in Ohio.
(2) All Questions must be submitted no later than January 25, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
