Government Authority located in Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for fully integrated recorders indexing and imaging and conveyance system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fully integrated recorders indexing and imaging and conveyance system to managing and maintaining land records, would like to replace the current Cashiering and Imaging system with one that provides higher integrity and more efficient data entry procedures, along with the ability to search for and retrieve existing document images through an on-line computer index and internet solution.
- Document Scanning, Indexing and Conversion Services using scanning resolution at 300 DPI in TIFF, PDF and OCR file format.
- Software installation, training, conversion of entire database of indexes and images, and ongoing support is provided by the vendor.
- Proven track record of successful implementations and ongoing maintenance and support.
- All-inclusive support and maintenance package are preferred to include: software upgrades, enhancements, training on an as needed basis, state mandated changes, reports, bug fixes and trouble-shooting.
(2) An approximately 3,364,464 archive image pages; 267,800 archive index pages and approximately 11.8 million regular images contained in a format but also have available some multi-page group IV TIFF format from past conversions.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 7, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
