[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic signature software for institutions of higher education.
- To establish through competitive negotiation a price agreement for E-Signature software to IUC-PG member colleges and universities.
- To achieve standardization of requirements, methods of operation and to develop price agreements that offer the best possible product pricing for our members.
- To encompass E-Signature software within the member institutions.
- To securely complete and sign documents from any location, at any time and on any internet enabled device and incorporate the solution into business workflows and processes to improve business agility and compliance.
- Shall provide a signature which has all the same legal validity as a physical signature and cover the end-to-end lifecycle of drafting, signing, amending and archiving of documents.
- Shall provide an audit trail and be available for both internal and external users.
Capabilities:
- Conditional workflows
- Migration tools for integrating existing data into new tool
- Integrations and API options
- Development and Production environments
- User security setup by roles or tasks environments
-User administration capabilities
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
