(1) Vendor needs to provide Health Actuarial Consultant services to used when assisting in
the review of health insurance premium rates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations,
- to provide recommendations regarding the actuarial soundness of the
premium rates filings with citation to rate filing checklist guidance and/or citation
- to furnish and use materials, tools, equipment, and supplies necessary to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
(2) All Questions must be submitted no later than February 19, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
