(1) Vendor needs to provide Water Meters, Transmitting Units, and Data Management Platform to The system requires drive-by readings collected once each month. Now, more than a decade later, the software is at the end of its useful life as are many of the batteries in the meters' transmitters. The City is planning an upgrade to a fixed based system that provides more frequent readings and enhanced functionality, routinely replacing meters as needed and is in search of new meter products that will adequately address service needs.
