Government Authority located in Canton, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for appraisal services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide appraisal services for real estate development projects to the government authority located in Canton, OH.
- Qualified appraisers must be licensed in the State of Ohio and have experience with appraisals of residential, non-residential, and commercial and industrial real estate properties.
- The appraiser will be required to provide professional services in performing a complete independent appraisal and preparing appraisal reports, in accordance with the uniform standards of professional appraisal practice and other required standards in accordance with the aforementioned
instructions from HUD and OHFA for any property.
- The appraisal report must be acceptable to united states department of housing and urban development and agency.
- The appraiser should demonstrate their capacity to complete the appraisal services and provide reports to SMHA within 4 weeks of each request.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2020
