[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide qualified training services to develop and deliver both e‐learning, face‐to‐face and train-the-trainer programs designed to support the skills and knowledge to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Development of a Train-the-Trainer model on crisis prevention and intervention strategies.
- Provision of ongoing support and consultation for trained staff.
- Development of online & in-person training modules related to crisis prevention and intervention strategies.
- Development of a tiered training plan that corresponds with the associated risk for each job classification e.g., frontline staff, ancillary staff, and management.
- Vendor will identify a project manager and training lead to work directly with the agency training program director and crisis response curriculum development committee to coordinate enterprise implementation.
(2) The contract period will be for one year.
