[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise ip phone system.
- Delivering a solution for a hosted PBX that aligns with project goals and functional requirements as identified in the questionnaire
- Furnishing full implementation services including supply of new hardware and reuse of existing hardware, installation, configuration, and training.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on March 17, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 19, 2020.
(4) The term of the contract will be five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
