[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide video content management system.
- distribution of video to end users (both stored video and live streaming) - storage of video
- Workflow capabilities to support video life cycle management
- Search capabilities for both the video developers and the end user
- Integration into other user facing products
- Optionally provide transcription services for closed captioning of selected videos
- Manage rights associated with video content
- Support the migration of existing content to the new system.
- content get transcoded into multiple formats for various viewing capabilities
- allow to download the source file
- ability to choose where videos are uploaded, such as playlists/channels on initial upload
- mobile application offer the same experience for video viewing
- capability to integrate with other systems, such as learning management systems, other videos platforms or content management systems.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on March 11, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 16, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
