[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide banking, treasury, cash management and investment custody services to the government authority located in Shaker Heights, OH.
- General Banking provide depository account, accounts payable account, merchant account, payroll account, recreation account, escrow account.
- Commercial Card Services include: issue two or more plastic cards or department card accounts for travel and miscellaneous expenditures, offer a virtual card (either ghost card or single-use account) program, provide detailed online reporting services, provide a customized monthly electronic feed with all card transactions, work with the city to expand the use of its commercial card program and convert vendors that currently receive checks to payment by commercial card, pay a rebate to the city based on expenditures.
- Merchant Card Processing Service Provide Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant merchant card services or contract with a third party processor to do so, Process credit card payments (MasterCard, Visa and Discover), Process debit card transactions via swipe and PIN-based methods, Transfer funds to designated City accounts by the next business day, Integrate with the Parks & Recreation eTrak system, Provide an Internet Gateway to facilitate on-line payments, Provide daily online reports of transactions by MID, Provide automated or online reporting services including user-friendly summary reports on chargebacks. Individual user identification and pass codes must be assigned to limit merchant access to their own accounts, Provide a detailed monthly analysis statement for each individual merchant location and a consolidated statement showing charges for all account services, Provide reliable support for PCI DSS compliance efforts (ad hoc service, service provider relationship support) and provide detailed online compliance reporting tools.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 10, 2020.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
