[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide dog licensing software system Software as a Service Specify the number of users for whom system access will be provided, including any limitations on the number of concurrent users; locations; volume of documents, work flows, forms, or transactions; or other criteria that represent license limitations.
- Including whether or not there are restrictions on the total number of users who can be defined to the system or access it concurrently. Differentiate between County users, and Public users.
- following is a high-level conceptual model of the system configuration, including integration with existing systems.
- It is the intent of the office to have a production environment and a test, training and failover environment.
- The hardware for the test, training and failover environment will be located in the county data center or hosted in the cloud.
- The location for the production environment will be located in the Franklin County Data Center or hosted in the cloud.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 17, 2020
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
(4) Pre-bid tele conference will be held on April 10, 2020

Onshore (US organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
