[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide an applicant tracking system that will best support the organization’s current and future recruitment needs and strategies, while also integrating with our current HRIS software, Kronos, and skills assessment vendor, eSkill.
• Recruiter and hiring manager user experience and functionality
• Applicant and Candidate user experience and functionality
• Customization, tracking and flexibility with process flows by position or campaign
• Applicant search, resume parsing and information sharing functionality
• Candidate information capturing functionality (notes, scorecards, tags, etc.)
• Auto-detect duplicate candidate profiles
• Templates, notifications and automated communications
• Job board search and functionality (internal & external)
• Job posting functionality, templates and storage (internal & external) including ability to attach video or other social media-related content and ability to push job postings to social media websites and job posting websites
• Mobile app, browser extensions/usability
• Application customization & automation with Resume and document upload feature
• Metric dashboard, functionality and custom reports
• Ongoing support and system updates
• Ability to upload applicant experience video to job postings
• Scheduling tool to integrate with Outlook 365
• Onboarding features and functionality
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 2, 2020

Onshore (US organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
