[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a solution migration or open platform replacement solution that specifically addresses location security concerns, room functionality and door type.
- This solution must provide the City with maximum flexibility for expansion. Cards or other keying devices should offer maximum flexibility, ease of use and access management for users and system administrators.
- Electronic door locking components (door strikes, card readers, mag locks, etc.) should be durable and exchangeable without causing system fragmentation, partial failures or otherwise.
- Components to the system such as proximity cards and fobs, program software and keyways should be agnostic.
- Once in place, the system should provide City security professionals and administrators with a multi‐platform that provides systems status, door status, credential status, live monitoring, simple access programming capabilities, remote programming, scheduling, locking and unlocking, employee and visitor screening in relation to body temperature as well as badge credentialing.
- The current ACS must remain active and fully functional throughout the implementation of the new system until every component of the new system is installed and fully tested. This can be done in phases that the City IT Department has agreed upon.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 9, 2020
(3) Pre-proposal conference will be held on June 4, 2020

Onshore (US organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
