Government Authority located in Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for employee benefit programs consultant services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefit programs consultant services offers a self-funded medical preferred provider organization plan, high deductible health plan with health savings account, dental, prescription drug, vision, and fully-insured short-term disability, injury leave, and wellness programs for approximately 8,500 full-time employees, based on their union contract or compensation plan
- General consulting needs for its employee benefits programs which include medical PPO, HDHP with HSA, dental, prescription drug, vision, short-term disability, injury leave, life insurance, and wellness programs,
- Cost analysis of the benefit programs, workers’ compensation programs and any needed actuarial services,
- Labor negotiations which may include presentations and testimony,
- General consulting for Employee Benefits and Wellness Programs,
- Assistance with cost analysis of the Benefit Programs, Workers’ Compensation programs and actuarial services:
- Provide analysis of funding and rate development calculations compared to actual expense,
- Provide an actuarial analysis that shall result in estimates of the total outstanding liability for the remaining additional retrospective workers compensation reserves premiums at each desired valuation date, typically the accounting year end,
- Review and assist in updating specifications for medical plans, dental, prescription drug, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, wellness programs, voluntary benefits, technology and COBRA,
- Prepare a final report with analysis and basis for vendor recommendation for contract awards using pre-determined evaluation criteria.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 10, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
